Find the right option, then follow the steps. Menus vary across platforms and client versions. Terms such as “configuration,” “subscription,” and “import from link” below are examples of feature names; use the names shown in the client provided by your panel. If you see similar options, look for one that adds a remote subscription—there’s no need for an exact wording match.
This guide covers only the steps needed to connect. Before you begin, make sure your device can open the user panel and choose a secure place to store your account details. If you already have another proxy tool on your device, note its settings and temporarily close it while testing to prevent multiple tools from handling network traffic at once. For routing details, advanced rules, and maintenance, see the user guide; you don't need to read it all before setup.
Create an Account and Open the Panel
Open the account creation page and set a username and password as prompted. VPNJazz doesn't require an email address; keep your username and password for future sign-ins. Choose a username that's easy to recognize and enter accurately. Use a unique password and store it in a trusted password manager. Before submitting, check your entries, especially input method, spaces, and capitalization.
After creating your account, continue to Account Overview if the user panel opens automatically. If you remain on the sign-in page, log in as prompted. Confirm that you can access your account before choosing a plan. To use another device, sign in to the panel with the same account; there's no need to create a new one for a different operating system.
Your account password and subscription link serve different purposes: the password signs you in to the panel, while the link lets your client load server configurations. Don't enter your panel password in the client's subscription URL field. If you see an error while creating your account, follow the on-screen guidance rather than resubmitting the same details. If you're unsure what to do, see Frequently Asked Questions.
Choose a Plan and Review Your Order
Open the plans section in your panel and choose a billing option that fits how you use the service. Monthly subscriptions suit regular use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Monthly data resets on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Choose an allowance that meets your everyday needs; the highest tier isn't automatically the best fit.
If you use the service intermittently, compare the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data remains available until it's used up and never expires, unlike monthly subscriptions, which reset each month. See the plans and pricing page for full details. All devices share the data allowance on your account. Unlimited simultaneous devices doesn't mean unlimited data.
On the checkout page, review the plan name, price, and billing terms, then choose a payment method. VPNJazz accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; follow the payment page instructions. After paying, return to your panel and check the order and plan status. If the status hasn't updated, refresh the page before taking any further action to avoid paying twice. Once your plan is active, continue to get your subscription.
This service offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See the refund policy for details. For order or payment issues, contact support through panel tickets. Include your plan name, order status, and where the issue occurred. Never share your account password.
Get Your Subscription Ready to Import
Open Account Overview in your user panel and check your plan status and available data, then find the subscription options. A subscription link isn't a regular website URL; it's how your client retrieves server configurations. Importing it lets the client load the server list for your account. Don't copy the user panel page address from your browser's address bar and use it as the subscription link.
If the panel offers an import option for your client, use it and allow your browser to open the app. If the client doesn't open, check that it's installed and running, then try again. You can also import manually: copy the subscription link for your client from the panel, switch to the client, and paste it in the remote subscription section.
Copy the entire link without removing parameters or changing the URL. It contains information needed to access your account's configuration, so keep it as securely as you would a password. Don't post it in public forums or include it in screenshots. If you need help, describe what happened, such as “import failed” or “list is empty,” and conceal the subscription details. Use the panel's available options to update or reset your subscription.
Next, open the client downloads section and get the client for your device. Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients are available after you sign in, even without a paid plan; connecting still requires an active plan and subscription. See the iOS section below for its requirements. Direct installer links aren't provided here, and subscriptions are obtained through the panel.
Import a Configuration on Windows
Get the Windows client from your user panel. Subscription manager clients need to load a remote configuration before enabling the proxy; simply opening the app won't connect you. After installation, open the app and find the configuration or subscription manager. If the panel already opened the client to import, check for the new configuration before adding it again.
To import manually, choose “Add configuration,” “Import from link,” or a similar remote subscription option, then paste the complete link you copied. If a name is required, enter something easy to recognize, such as “VPNJazz.” Save and update the configuration. Once the server list appears, set this configuration as the active one. If the list is empty, check that you pasted a subscription link and that your plan is active.
Open the server selection section and choose a location, then enable the client's connection or system proxy toggle. If the client offers rule modes, start with its default settings rather than changing several network options at once. Keep the client running while connected. Closing its window may not quit the app; check the system tray to see whether it's still running. Verify access at the end of this guide.
Import a Configuration on macOS
Get the macOS client from your panel and install it as prompted. When you first open it, macOS may ask you to confirm that the app can launch or authorize network features. Make sure the prompt refers to the client you just installed before proceeding. Don't turn off system-wide security settings to bypass a prompt. If the app won't open, check the panel instructions or Frequently Asked Questions.
Open the client's configuration or subscription manager, choose the option to add a remote configuration, paste the subscription link copied from the panel, and save it. If you import through the panel, your browser may ask to open the app. Confirm, then check the client to make sure the configuration was added. Update the subscription, and select the configuration once the server list appears.
Choose a server and enable the client's connection or system proxy feature. Some controls may be in the menu bar rather than the main window; check the menu bar icon to confirm the app is running if the window is minimized. Keep the default rules while testing access, and adjust them only after confirming the connection works. If your browser has its own proxy extension, pause it during testing to avoid overriding the client settings.
Import a Configuration on Android
Sign in to your panel and get the Android client from the client downloads section. Install and open it as prompted, then open “Configuration,” “Configuration Management,” or “Subscription” and choose the option to add from a link. Paste and save the complete subscription link, then update it. Once the server list appears, select the configuration and return to the connection screen.
The first time you connect, Android typically displays a system VPN authorization prompt. This allows the client to handle the relevant network traffic. Check that the app name is correct before allowing it. Once authorized, choose a server and start the connection, then check that the client shows a connected status. If another VPN app is active on your device, disconnect it before testing to avoid conflicts.
Switch to your browser to visit the target website, then return to the client and check that the connection is still active. If the connection drops when you switch apps or lock the screen, check the client's battery optimization and background permissions in your system settings, using the options available on your device. Android settings vary by device, so the menu names may differ. For more background troubleshooting, see connection and troubleshooting FAQs.
Import a Configuration on iOS
First, make sure your account has an active plan. Then open the client downloads section in your user panel to find the iOS client. Get it through the App Store link provided in the panel. If you don't meet the requirements, the panel will display a plan prompt. Use the client and instructions shown in your panel; no generic installer or package for another platform is needed.
After installing the client, return to the panel and use the compatible import option. If your device asks whether to open the client, confirm and check that the subscription has been added. To import manually, look for an option to add a link in the client's subscription or configuration section, paste the subscription URL copied from the panel, then save and update it. If you see multiple configuration formats, choose the one for your client rather than switching formats at random.
When you connect for the first time, follow the system prompt to allow the VPN configuration and complete any on-device confirmation. Then choose a server in the client and enable the connection. Seeing the VPN status in your system settings only confirms that the configuration is running; you still need to test access to your target service. If a browser test works but an app doesn't, check the app's network permissions, account status, and client rules before reinstalling anything.
Verify Your Connection
Whatever platform you use, make sure the right configuration is selected, the subscription updated successfully, and the server list opens before connecting. Choose a location, start the connection, and visit your target service in a browser. VPNJazz covers 90+ countries / 250+ routes, but available options depend on what your panel and client currently show. A location name alone doesn't guarantee access to any particular streaming platform.
Don't rely only on the client's “Connected” status. Use a trusted exit IP lookup site to compare your IP before and after connecting, and check whether it matches the selected server location. With rule mode enabled, regular websites may still connect directly, so choose a site that should use the proxy for testing. A changed exit IP can help trace your connection path, but it doesn't fully verify your privacy or the status of every app.
If your browser works but an app doesn't, check whether the app has its own proxy settings, is excluded by per-app rules, or the client has stopped running. Connection issues may also involve the target website's account permissions or regional policies; one inaccessible website doesn't necessarily mean your subscription has stopped working. For a more thorough check, see how to check your exit IP, DNS, and per-app routing.
If nothing loads, leave other settings unchanged, reconnect to the current server, then test another one. Change only one setting at a time so you can pinpoint the issue. If the subscription won't update, check your plan and link in the panel. If the problem starts only after connecting, check system authorization, the proxy toggle, and your network. Still stuck? Open a panel support ticket with your operating system, client messages, and the checks you've tried. Hide your password and subscription details.
Everyday use: Open the client and connect when needed; disconnect when you're done. Check your plan and data status in the panel from time to time. To refresh the server list, update the subscription in your existing configuration. For maintenance, renewals, and advanced settings, see the complete user guide.
