Account and Order Information
VPNJazz does not require an email address; a username and password are enough to create an account. During account creation, we process the username and password information used for authentication. An email address is not required. Please do not include your real name or other unnecessary personal information in your username.
To provide subscription services, this service processes account identifiers, plan status, data usage, order amounts, payment status, and transaction receipts. This information is used for account verification, service delivery, usage calculation, refunds, and financial reconciliation. Text and attachments submitted with a support ticket are used only to handle the related request. Do not submit passwords, payment keys, or complete subscription URLs.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy
VPNJazz follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, store browsing content, visited domains, or DNS query history, or create records that can be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. Network acceleration connection logs are not retained persistently; temporary states needed to process a connection are cleared when the relevant session ends.
Plan data usage is calculated from usage totals, not individual access details. Order records, account activity, and security information needed to verify panel logins are handled separately from route access logs and used only for service management, troubleshooting, and account protection. The no-logs policy does not mean that account, order, and financial records are not retained.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Analytics on the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral sources, device environments, and button interactions. This helps assess whether content is easy to find and pages are working properly. Website analytics are not used to analyze content accessed through international routes, and are separate from subscription data usage calculations.
Cookies or browser local storage are used for necessary session identification, login status, and language preferences. Login credentials may be stored in the current browser. After using a shared device, sign out of your account and clear the relevant site data. You can use your browser settings to restrict storage or clear cookies and local data, but this may end your login session or reset preferences. It will not automatically delete account or order records stored on the server.
Third-Party Payments and Disclosure
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. VPNJazz receives the order information and transaction results needed to deliver subscriptions, confirm payments, and process refunds. You are not required to provide this site with the login password for a third-party payment account.
Third parties process payment data under their own rules; records of digital asset transactions may also be publicly retained by transaction networks. Please read the relevant information before confirming a transaction. Except where processing is needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations, this service does not sell personal information. Where disclosure is legally required, only information necessary within the scope of the applicable requirement will be provided.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Support ticket information is retained until the issue and any necessary review have been resolved. Order, payment, and refund records are retained for financial reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Once the purpose is fulfilled and there is no further basis for retention, the data will be deleted or anonymized. This policy does not set one fixed retention period for all data categories.
You can sign in to the panel and use support tickets to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. Please specify the scope of your request. Account ownership must be verified before processing; deletion may affect the use of any remaining subscription. Records that must be retained by law or to resolve an outstanding dispute will not be removed immediately when an account is deleted. The outcome will be explained through the support ticket.
Policy Updates and Contacting Us
If data uses or handling practices change, VPNJazz will update this page and revise the last-updated month at the top. Changes affecting important rights or the scope of data handling will be explained through a site announcement or panel notice. Where applicable law requires separate consent, we will follow those requirements.
