Services and Scope
VPNJazz provides international route connectivity and subscription management, with coverage in 90+ countries and 250+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscription details through the user panel. Available routes and connection settings are as shown in the panel.
The service provides network connectivity, not content, accounts, or usage authorization for third-party websites or applications. When accessing international websites, users must still follow the terms of those services. A successful route connection does not mean a third-party service will accept access, nor does it guarantee that any particular content will be available.
Account Security and Use
No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not post them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. Subscription details grant access to the service. If you discover a leak or unusual activity, report it through a panel ticket and promptly update any available security settings.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This means the same user may connect on their own devices; it does not permit account sharing with others. Accounts are for individual use only. Lending, transferring, reselling subscriptions, or providing access to others as a public proxy is prohibited. Devices share the account's plan traffic rather than receiving separate allowances.
Subscriptions and Traffic
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the price difference and remaining days. Traffic packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire.
Before placing an order, check the billing method, traffic allowance, and order details shown in the panel. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Confirm payment and subscription status through the panel. If the order and payment status do not match, submit a ticket with the necessary order details. Do not include your password or complete subscription details in a ticket.
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable Use
Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations where they are located and in any region relevant to their use, and for confirming they are authorized to use the network services concerned. The service must not be used for fraud, invasion of privacy, distribution of illegal content, intellectual property infringement, or other unlawful activity.
Unauthorized access to another person's systems, malicious scanning, distribution of malware, spam, or disruption of normal network operations is prohibited. Do not use automated abuse or similar methods that degrade other users' connection experience. VPNJazz's anonymous, no-logs policy does not change users' legal responsibility for their actions. Availability and Liability
Connection quality depends on factors such as local networks, device settings, international links, and the status of destination services. Maintenance, network faults, or changes to third-party services may interrupt connections or make some routes unavailable. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or continuous access to any particular website, application, or content.
If an issue occurs, keep any relevant error messages and report it through a panel ticket. VPNJazz will address faults within its own service as appropriate to the issue. Users should keep their own copies of work and important materials. Liability is determined by applicable law and the circumstances; these terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If an account is resold or shared, used unlawfully, or used in a way that threatens service operations, VPNJazz may suspend the relevant access, request an explanation, or terminate account access based on the facts and risks. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may request a review through a panel ticket. These actions do not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Important changes affecting subscriptions will be announced on the site or through the panel. Changes apply as permitted by applicable law and will not retroactively remove rights already acquired under the law.
