Cross-border connectivity plans

From international routes to data policies, VPNJazz explains its services and usage limits in one place.

Service Overview

VPNJazz offers cross-border connectivity plans for people who need access to international websites, overseas apps, and connections across multiple devices. Service covers 90+ countries and 250+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux and unlimited simultaneous devices. Devices share the data included in a plan, so choose based on your everyday usage rather than the number of devices alone.

Routes and Usage

Choose a route based on the location of the service you want to access and your actual connection performance; geographic distance alone does not determine speed. International routes can be affected by your local network, time of day, and the destination service. Test streaming platforms and AI tools to confirm availability.

If you run into an issue, first check your subscription status and remaining data, then compare other routes. If the issue persists, contact us through the support ticket portal with the platform, what you were doing, and any error message. Do not submit your password or full subscription URL.

Fees and data policies are listed on the pricing page: monthly plans reset each month on the activation date; data packages remain available until used and never expire. A 7-day money-back guarantee is available. See the refund policy for how to request a refund.

Privacy and Data Minimization

VPNJazz follows an anonymous, no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. We retain only the information needed to manage accounts, provide subscriptions, and resolve issues. Support tickets should include only the details needed to troubleshoot the problem.

A no-logs policy is a service practice, not a guarantee against every network risk. When using international websites, review each platform’s account permissions and privacy settings. See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling and our Terms of Service for service limitations.
